Patagonia Men's Nano Puff Jacket, an insulating jacket designed as a compressible technical mid-layer that balances warmth, weight, and mobility for mountaineering and skiing. The 60-gram per square meter PrimaLoft Gold Eco insulation offers versatile warmth: sufficient as an outer shell between 0-10°C or as an intermediate layer under a shell at lower temperatures, without compromising compressibility. P.U.R.E. technology reduces CO₂ emissions in the production process. The 47-gram per square meter recycled polyester ripstop shell resists tearing while maintaining minimal weight, with a PFAS-free DWR treatment to repel light rain. The fit is optimized with extra volume at the shoulders and elbows for mobility while climbing, areas where traditional insulating jackets restrict movement. The horizontal quilting stabilizes the insulation, preventing cold spots. The internal chest pocket doubles as a stuff sack: the jacket compresses into its own pocket with a carabiner clip-in loop, freeing up space in the pack. The asymmetrical, longer-in-the-back hem covers the lumbar area when bending over. The 369-gram weight offers a competitive warmth-to-weight ratio for technical activities.
