Prices, images and packaging

The images of the advertised products are intended for illustrative purposes only. All prices indicated on the site are expressed in Euros and include VAT. Prices are subject to variable promotional campaigns: FLAT di Carloni Leonardo therefore reserves the right to change them at any time without notice. The price applied is the one indicated on the site at the time the order is placed; no refunds are provided for any differences between the price of a product already purchased and the price subsequently shown on the site.

Particular attention is paid to packaging, which is chosen and selected based on the nature of the product. Upon delivery, the customer is required to verify the integrity of the packaging and the number of parcels. In case of damaged or tampered packaging, the customer must sign the courier's receipt "subject to verification", specifying the damage found, and notify info@flatshop.it citing the order number. The same procedure must be followed in case of defects or damage to the goods.

Legal guarantee of conformity

All products sold are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by Articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), for defects that manifest themselves within 24 months of delivery. To invoke the guarantee, the customer must report the defect to info@flatshop.it within two months of discovery, indicating the order number and attaching, if possible, photographs of the defect. In the event of a lack of conformity, the consumer is entitled to the repair or replacement of the goods at no cost, or, in the cases provided for by law, to a price reduction or termination of the contract.

For purchases made by entities acting for professional purposes (with a VAT number), the guarantee provided for by the Civil Code (Articles 1490 et seq.) applies.

Technical information

The technical information present on the site is derived from the information published by the manufacturers of the goods included in our catalog. FLAT di Carloni Leonardo therefore reserves the right to modify or update the technical and dimensional information of the products based on what is communicated by the manufacturers, even without notice.

Terms of sale

Orders are placed exclusively online via the website www.flatshop.it. At the end of the purchasing procedure, the customer will receive a confirmation e-mail with the relevant order number, which must be quoted in all subsequent communications. The order is considered accepted only after confirmation of payment by the chosen payment circuit. Prices and payments are expressed in Euros.

Payments

Products can be paid for using the following methods:

Credit, debit and prepaid cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro) via Shopify Payments
Apple Pay – fast payment from iPhone, iPad and Mac with Safari, confirmed with Face ID, Touch ID or device passcode
Google Pay – fast payment from Android devices and the Chrome browser, using cards saved in your Google account
Shop Pay – Shopify's accelerated checkout with saved payment and shipping details
Klarna – payment in 3 interest-free installments or deferred payment, subject to Klarna's approval
PayPal

Apple Pay and Google Pay are shown at checkout only on compatible devices and browsers. With these methods, card details are not shared with the seller: the transaction is protected via tokenization.

All payments take place through a secure connection and are handled directly by Shopify Payments (PCI DSS Level 1 certified) and PayPal. FLAT di Carloni Leonardo does not have access to payment card details and does not store them. The charge occurs at the time of order confirmation; for Klarna and PayPal, the terms of the respective providers also apply.

Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the consumer customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without any penalty and without giving any reason within 14 days from the day they receive the products.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to send, within this period, an explicit declaration of your decision to withdraw, indicating the order number:

by registered letter with return receipt to: FLAT di Carloni Leonardo, Corso della Repubblica 36, 60044 Fabriano (AN).

The customer must return the products within 14 days of the notice of withdrawal. The products must be intact, unused and in their original packaging. The direct costs of return are borne by the customer and the return shipment is under their responsibility.

FLAT di Carloni Leonardo will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receipt of the notice of withdrawal. The refund may be withheld until receipt of the products or until the customer has demonstrated that they have shipped them back. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase (for purchases with Klarna, the refund will be handled via Klarna), at no cost to the customer.

Pursuant to Art. 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded for custom-made or clearly personalized goods (for example, by color, size or fabric) and for goods that, by their nature, are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. The right of withdrawal is only available to consumers and does not apply to purchases made for professional purposes.

Refusal of the package and return costs

In case of refusal of delivery by the recipient for any reason, the package will be automatically returned to the sender by the courier. The return costs of the goods applied by the courier or the competent authorities (including any handling, storage and customs charges) are borne by the customer and will be deducted from the refund. The refund will be issued only after receipt of the goods and verification of their integrity.

Liability

Without prejudice to the rights recognized to the consumer by law, and in particular the legal guarantee of conformity, FLAT di Carloni Leonardo is not liable for damages, losses or costs resulting from delayed or non-delivery of the product due to causes not directly attributable to the seller (e.g., force majeure or courier malfunctions). In case of non-execution of the contract, the customer will be entitled to a full refund of the price paid. FLAT di Carloni Leonardo assumes no responsibility for any fraudulent or illicit use by third parties of payment cards or other payment instruments used for the purchase of the products.

Governing law and jurisdiction

Contracts concluded with FLAT di Carloni Leonardo are governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumers, the court of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer has jurisdiction, as provided for by the Consumer Code. For any other dispute, the Court of Ancona has exclusive jurisdiction.
