Refund policy

Right of withdrawal

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, and refunds are issued within 14 days. To request a return, use the "Request a return" form or write to info@flatshop.it.

Pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the consumer customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without any penalty and without giving any reason within 14 days from the day they receive the products.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to send, within this period, an explicit declaration of your decision to withdraw, indicating the order number:

• via the online withdrawal form available on the website (Request a return),
• via e-mail to info@flatshop.it, or
• by registered letter with return receipt to: FLAT di Carloni Leonardo, Corso della Repubblica 36, 60044 Fabriano (AN).

The customer must return the products within 14 days of the notice of withdrawal. The products must be intact, unused and in their original packaging. The direct costs of return are borne by the customer and the return shipment is under their responsibility. For returns from non-EU countries, all import taxes and fees are borne by the customer and will be deducted from the refund.

FLAT di Carloni Leonardo will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receipt of the notice of withdrawal. The refund may be withheld until receipt of the products or until the customer has demonstrated that they have shipped them back. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase (for purchases with Klarna, the refund will be handled via Klarna), at no cost to the customer.

Pursuant to Art. 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded for custom-made or clearly personalized goods (for example, by color, size or fabric) and for goods that, by their nature, are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. The right of withdrawal is only available to consumers and does not apply to purchases made for professional purposes.
