WIP Magazine S/S 24
Carhartt WIP WIP Magazine, returns for its tenth edition. This 200+ page issue is our largest to date and is presented with two covers. The first features New York musician CLIP, while the second draws inspiration from the central dossier "Clockwatchers," which examines the future of work in the face of the impending climate crisis. Note: the magazine cover will be assigned randomly upon purchase.
In this issue, we also speak with Baltimore musician Nourished By Time, Congolese sound and performance artist Cõvco, Brooklyn-based artist Diamond Stingily, and skateboarder Maria Navarro in Madrid. We also visit Jail Time Records in Cameroon and meet grillz artist Shiningmaker in Taipei. In England, director Cieron Magat examines teenage boredom against the backdrop of a typical British high street. We also discover the world of artist Anthony Coleman and travel with photographer Robert Leblanc.
Elsewhere, the S/S24 collection is photographed by Catherine LoMedico, Den Niwa, and Tolya Titaev. The issue closes with author Geoffrey Mak in conversation with Hua Hsu and an interview with Tokyo-based writer and theorist W. David Marx.
