Stüssy

Brand founder Shawn Stüssy began his career customizing surfboards with his stylized signature and in 1980 began producing and selling t-shirts with his own logo in the Laguna Beach area.
He went into business with Frank Sinatra Jr. in 1984 and Stüssy inc was officially born.
In 1988, the first Stüssy store was opened in SoHo, New York and the Stüssy clothing line was introduced in Europe.
